Tom O'Neil
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tom
O'Neil joined Knowledge Computing in November of 2003.
Prior to joining Knowledge Computing Corporation Mr. O'Neil was
the National Channel Manager and Director of Sales for eMotion
Inc., a leader in Digital Media Management, located in Vienna,
Virginia.
In 1993 Mr. O'Neil co-founded OverWatch International Consulting
along with Fred Pincero former Chief of Special Investigations US
Department of Commerce. OverWatch was an information company
specializing in the collection of due diligence for investment
firms working abroad in Latin America, Africa and Asia, and was
acquired by Defense Systems.
Prior to working in the private sector, Mr. O'Neil spent 28 years
in Army Special Operations commands where he worked anti-terrorism
and anti-insurgency operations in Asia, Latin/South America,
Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. O'Neil is a University of Maryland graduate and studied
International Business at Georgetown University.
