The
COPLINK Solution Suite of software includes:
DetectTM
COPLINK DetectTM generates
intelligence analysis results from multiple data sources
including identification of previously unknown relationships.
Basic Search finds relationships among all objects queried.
Results are displayed as most relevant objects. Refine Search
limits findings to specific relationships among chosen objects.
ConnectTM
COPLINK Connect organizes and presents data in an easy-to-use
interface based on popular Internet web browsers. Queries can be
made based on several object type categories. Results are
displayed in easy-to-sort Summary Tables showing key information
in column format. Summary Tables contain hypertext links to
underlying Details Screens and documents.
Visualizer
COPLINK Visualizer is an add-on module that displays
associations sets in a graphical display conveying information
in several useful views and permitting user drill-down to
underlying details. Matched objects are organized in a two
dimensional geometry so that related objects are located in
close proximity. Objects that have many relationships form a
large node and ones with fewer relationships form a smaller
node.
Active Agent
COPLINK Active Agent is an add-on module that collaborates and
shares two-way information with privacy levels, as well as
searches for collaboration tasks entered by other users.
Notifications can be received on cellular phone, pager, email or
by text message.
Incident Analyzer
COPLINK Incident Analyzer is an add-on module that creates
graphical representations of search data. It provides both
GIS-based mapping functions and graphing and charting tools for
analytical functions, including temporal/spatial analysis.
Different GIS formats are consolidated into a single format
standardized by COPLINK. Agencies with different geo-coding
schemes can therefore analyze all GIS data consolidated AND
other (often incompatible) sources.
A3
COPLINK Adaptive Analytical Architecture (A3) enables
structured database queries and unstructured text searches
across almost any criminal justice data source and any number of
data sources simultaneously. This query processing technology
allows COPLINK users access to databases and data sources that
are not consolidated into a COPLINK System Node.
Admin
COPLINK Admin has all tools necessary to manage the COPLINK
Solution Suite. System administrators can adjust security
protocols by adding/deleting users and groups, access
permissions and user suspensions, and resetting user passwords.
Other features include performing audits, maintaining system
look-up tables, and showing statistics.
Intel LEAD
Intel LEAD is an acronym for
Intelligent Law Enforcement Actionable Data. It works by
allowing law enforcement to enter information from active
investigations into a segregated database that will continuously
search across multiple databases in the COPLINK node to identify
relationships and patterns relevant to the investigation. Active
alerts instantly notify the appropriate law enforcement contact
whenever new information relevant to their investigation becomes
available. This increases the ability of users to effectively manage
large case loads where sometimes there are only small threads of
intelligence that could otherwise fall through the cracks and become
cold cases.
CompStat Analyzer
CompStat Analyzer provides both
GIS-based mapping functions and a range of graphing and charting
tools for analytical functions, including temporal/spatial
analysis. The program uses OLAP-cube like technology to allow the
user to “slice and dice” all data in the COPLINK database. The
mapping portion of the program employs ESRI MapObjects™ JAVA and
commonly available shapefiles. Enhanced shapefiles from TeleAtlas
are available as an extra-cost option. These provide highly accurate
and up-to-date GIS information.
